Strepitosa!

Conferisce un gusto fantastico alla pizza. Nonostante io abbia utilizzato un forno domestico, il gusto si potrebbe paragonare a quello di una pizzeria professionale. L'impasto si lavora magnificamente, non si strappa e tiene perfettamente le lunghe lievitazioni.
Dopo tanti tentativi finalmente ho raggiunto il risultato sperato.
